I want to read books about the basics of genetics and genetic diseases

I have autism and since I've been a kid, I've always loved genetics and studying rare genetic diseases. I like to read the NORD website and memorize the genetic diseases.

I want to take a more systemic approach to learning about genes, gene mutations and the effects gene mutations have. I have a lot of gaps in my knowledge. I wouldn't mind books about pharmacology and rare genetic diseases either.
