Jude saw a video on TikTok talking about the relationships Cole miners and canaries had, and how special these little birds were to the men.

But like yeah suggest me a book, any genre really, as long as it’s a man who befriends a bird and has a happy ending.
Based in England would be a plus but other parts of the world would be interesting.
