Books about writing that include excercises or some kind of practical element?

I don't know if I managed to convey properly what I want in the title, english decided to abandon me today lol.

I'm asking for books about writing that aren't just "this is my journey as a writer" or writing tips. I want something more interactive/practical. Almost like a writing class made book?
