Hey all! What fantasy, sci fi, or horror have you read that explores the experience of leaving a religion? Harrow the Ninth, the first season of The Mandalorian, and T. Kingfisher's paladin romances have all resonated with me, but this is a theme that's kind of subjective and hard to search for.
So, whether or not you have personal experience with deconversion, what SFF/H have you found that explores these themes? I'd love to check them out!
