I enjoy listening to audiobooks during my commute, but I'm not sure what I want to listen to next, and I'm not willing to spend money on audible or amazon when the library has so many books for free!
What are some audiobooks with a narrator that was a joy to listen to?
Some that I've listened to already and really liked:
-
Braiding Sweetgrass by Robin Wall Kimmerer (narrated by the author)
-
This is How You Lose the Time War by Amal El-Mohtar and Max Gladstone (narrated by Cynthia Ferrell and Emily Woo Zeller)
-
Murderbot Diaries by Martha Wells (Narrated by Kevin R Free)
-
Broken Earth Trilogy by NK Jemisin (narrated by Robin Miles)
Typically I like reading sci-fi, fantasy and non-fiction, but I won't say no to the occasional romance or historical drama.
