As the title suggests I’m looking for a book about work. It doesn’t necessarily have to be about being in a job, but something that would help me take up more space, be less shy, state my needs clearly, etc. Does anyone have any recommendations of the like?
(I'm tired of feeling like I often suck at communicating in office settings and that I easily get stepped all over.)

look into *the defining decade* by meg jay. it was highly recd to me when i was in my 20s, but i never read it. very well reviewed tho.
