New to chick lit. Can you recommend anything based on what I like? (Brief notes in thread) or books that deal with poverty / bad people. Not necessarily in the same book.

I just finished reading I hope this finds you well (a woman accidentally gets all her coworkers emails. She’s kind of a bad person.)

I also really enjoyed Margo’s got money problems (a woman starts an only fans to try to get money).

I really like books similar to the show shameless, and maid, on Netflix. Both are really about people struggling with money and don’t have their shit together.

The book doesn’t necessarily need to be chick lit but I’m open to it. I’m also drawn to books about bad people, like shameless characters.
