Looking for book recommendations for a friend

So I gave my friend my Kobo Clara HD since I got a Kobo Libra colour (I have some regrets on that upgrade the main one being the battery life sucks). Anyway I am looking for book recommendations for her as she is getting back into reading. She is currently reading bridgerton and is devouring that book series. She also has lord of the rings, game of thrones and Harry Potter on her eReader. I recommend all of sjm books, the wilderwood duology, the Shepherd king duology, uprooted and assistant to the villain. I read a lot of fantasy books but I don't know for sure what she likes to read but she wants simple, don't take much brain power to read books and junk food for the brain. Please recommend me your all time favourite books and why you like them. Please add book name and author so she can find the book easier. TIA
