I haven't read books that much this past year, and I wanna get back into the habit of having my nose buried in a book 24/7/365. Sci-fi is what I'm most interested in, but I also like fantasy and historical fiction. Thanks in advance! by KingPong1000 Related: Looking for books on interesting human psychology! Any books about a protagonist just dealing with adult life, feelings, work etc. ? Define this type of book? lesbian WW2 era novel? Fiction on single woman turning 30/40, no romance
Apprehensive_Yak136 on June 23, 2024 2:13 am I know this may be unorthodox, but I consider Vonnegut quasi sci-fi. *Slaughterhouse Five* and *Cat’s Cradle* come to mind. Also, *The Forever War* and *A Canticle for Leibowitz* are solid and fairly short sci-fi.
