Are there any good books (can be popular ones I haven’t read too many popular books)
that would be valuable to read over the summer? (2 months) I think I could read at least 6 so I’m trying to set up a timeline before summer comes.
I was thinking books like Flowers for Algernon, or The Stranger on the Boat, or mainly classics that are fun but also have a nice philosophical takeaway.

“Tales of the South Pacific” by James Michener
Piranesi by Susanna Clarke.
Honestly my favorite summer book is where the crawdads sing. I just pretend the controversies aren’t there when I read it cause the story itself is pretty good
