Lately, I’ve been into books where the characters hate each other. The ones that I’ve read don’t really have that level of hatred that I want to see. I don’t like it when the characters are “enemies”, but they secretly fall in love the second they see each other. I want them to really hate each other’s guts for 3/4 of the book.
Another one that I wanted to ask people about is marriage of convenience(?), forced marriage (?). Again, the more they hate each other, the better.
