Books with robots within a Post Apocalyptic World

I’ve always been a lover of dystopian or post apocalyptic novels and I haven’t seen nearly enough that has robots in them in some shape or form.

I’m currently in the process of reading through Sea of Rust and I Have No Mouth And I Must Scream.
