I have always been a big LOTR fan, but I’ve never read The Silmarillion. It just never seemed like the perfect time. Until now! I just finished Andy Serkis’s (amazing!) audiobooks of the LOTR and I’m about to spend a leisurely summer in the mountains of Switzerland. I’ve also ordered The Letters of JRR Tolkien and I’m so excited to lose myself in the Legandarium during this trip. It’s a better opportunity than I could have expected and I’m so happy I waited.
What books are you waiting for the right opportunity to read?

The way of kings by Brandon Sanderson. I keep picking it up, but i can’t read it just yet, idk why lol.
I’m also waiting for a cold and rainy night to read the Sword of Kaigen, but its summer 🙁
