Books for a recovering Catholic

There is a lot of content out there about people deconstructing their faith and recovering from being raised in evangelical Christianity. I was hoping to find some similar memoirs about people deconstructing their Catholic faith and recovering from Catholic purity culture.

People who grew up in the US would be great but I’m open to any authors. If anybody knows of any video content creators I’d appreciate those recommendations too. Thank you in advance!
