Okayy this is an odd request but are there any books that give off adult cartoon vibes? Like Bob’s Burgers, Bojack Horseman, Archer, Family guy, etc. I guess like just silly books with adventures but that are funny yk?
If you haven’t read it yet, Hitchhiker’s Guide to the Galaxy has that somewhat chaotic and none-too-serious vibe I’d say.

I think the silliest books I’ve read have been by Christopher Moore. His writing has a nice mix of clever and crass humor. I’d recommend starting with The Stupidest Angel. The plot feels a lot like something you’d see in Family Guy: an Angel at Christmas-time performs a miracle, and in doing so accidentally >!raises the dead!<, unleashing complete mayhem. I also really enjoyed Blood Sucking Fiends, a satirical zombie love series

You should absolutely check out Meddling Kids by Edgar Cantero for scooby doo but they grew up vibes.
Set my heart to five by Simon Stephenson might scratch that itch.
Discworld kinda like that but it may be the effect of the cover art
https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/P._G._Wodehouse have you heard of this guy? His books are not very serious
