Last year I re-read a book that was a favorite of mine and I had read 4 or 5 years ago. I got really hooked on it and read all the other books of this same author which took about half a year for me, recently completing the last one. But I find myself really missing the world from his books, his characters and style of writing so I can't really focus on any other books and they don't seem as interesting to me no matter which ones I start reading. I just started re-listening to the first novel now as no other book has grabbed my attention. Have you experienced this? How often do you re-read your favorite books? What do you usually do to get over this feeling?
