Hi everyone,
I've been into fantasy reading for about a year now. I started with The Hobbit, then moved on to the Mistborn trilogy. I began reading The Lord of the Rings but found it a bit "slow" and stopped near the end of the first book, though I plan to finish it eventually. Currently, I'm almost done with the fourth book of The Stormlight Archive.
As you can see, I enjoy fantasy, especially the parts rich in action, battles, and witty, entertaining dialogues. I'm now trying to decide on my next book or series to dive into. I'd appreciate your opinions on any of the books from the following list to help me decide which one to read, but feel free to suggest any other titles, especially immersive series that make you want to keep reading:
- The Blade Itself by Joe Abercrombie
- The Lies of Locke Lamora by Scott Lynch
- Promise of Blood by Brian McClellan
