Who is a good writer to read if you’re a wannabe writer yourself? Who is your go-to ‘this is what writing should look like’ type author?

I know writing can be the ultimate pipe dream and this question is a bit broad, but who do other would be writers read to get inspired and who would you recommend as the ultimate "if you want to learn good writing then read this guy…" type of book? I've always wanted to be a writer but I find it hard sometimes to be inspired enough.
