Hello all! I’m looking for a book about faking emotions. Maybe it’s a spy thriller. Maybe it’s a psychology book. I’m open to any and all recs. Thanks so much!
These books contain someone faking emotions, but it isn’t what they are entirely about:
* The Blind Assassin by Margaret Atwood.
* The Stars Are Legion by Kameron Hurley (chapters alternate between two characters, one with amnesia who does not fake anything and one with grand schemes who tries to manipulate others)
* The Fold by Peter Clines. The protagonist is a supergenius who has to try hard in order to fit in with society.
