Heyy,
I love crime, Mystery and horror books. Some of my favorites series are: Charlie parker (John Connoly), Dresden Files (Jim Butcher) and Agent Pendergast (Preston & Child). But lately the books that I read feel a bit simple, not with the storyline but with the philosophical and psychological angle.
So do you have any books that sort of fit this genre that really made you think, or feel something. For example, I like stories that don't have good vs bad guys, but are about the grey areas.
It is a bit complicated, but I hope someone has something! 🙂

Wrong Place, Wrong Time by Gillian McAllister was really thought-provoking for me.
