I’m looking for cold weather themed comfort reads to get me through an incredibly stressful summer. I want to get engrossed in the story and be able to pretend it’s cold and (possibly) snowy outside. I particularly enjoy descriptions of preparing for celebrations, describing traditions, preparing food, lists of things, people being happy…people enjoying holidays and traditions I didn’t have to plan for. I don’t care what the holiday is. (A Child’s Christmas in Wales is one of my go tos for this.) All genres except horror, all levels are acceptable. Thanks
