Well if you are dipping into romance/toxic romance, there’s so many options. I personally love fantasy books and scifi too. I also read seasonally so I match the books to the seasons or holidays if that something you want to try?
Some romance books you may like as starter books are Colleen Hoover books specifically “it ends with us”
If you want to try seasonal books for autumn/Halloween that also are romance, “the ex hex” is a good starter. “A discovery of witches” is also really good but again, fantasy.
Finding new genres is always fun!
