I’m 32yo female with two kids who never tried to figure out who she is. I find myself trying to be like other people on social media or peers my age because I’m not sure who I am or what I like. I am also too responsible and don’t know how to be a little reckless and have fun. I honestly don’t even know what my interests are and have no hobbies.
Any good book recommendations to find yourself in a world where we are just chasing the trends?
