Nonfiction books that show the power of collaborating

I’m curious if you’ve read anything that shows that complex collaboration is possible and made a key difference! I said nonfiction, but welcome anything. If you can share what you liked about it, that would be helpful!
I haven’t read it, but things like *The Great Bridge* by David McCullough?

“Why We Fight: Essays on Fascism, Resistance, and Surviving the Apocalypse” by Shane Burley argues that effective anti-fascist collaboration was and is a key factor in fighting the alt-right. However, it’s not a how-to manual for organizing, more of an analysis of whether it’s been effective or not.
