As I get more into project management in my career, I want to really hone my influencing skillset, what book would you recommend for this?

If I had to rank the skillsets I would benefit the most on improving, in order from most useful as #1 it would go something like this:

1. Influencing others
2. Staying calm when others are stressed/upset/angry
3. Staying organized at all times
4. Remaining effective (despite having a very large workload)
5. Negotiation (Finished "Never split the difference" earlier this year and loved it)
