I’m a huge fan of nonfiction and two of my favorite books are “The Making of the Atomic Bomb” (and its sequel Dark Sun) by Richard Rhodes, and “ICBM” by G. Harry Stine. I’m really hungering for more books about the history and development of aircraft, spacecraft, weapons, nuclear energy, etc., that give a good overview and history to laymen without being overly technical (I mean, no actual engineering textbooks). Anyone have any good suggestions?? Thanks in advance!
