I dont have that exact theme but teenage mercenary is a webcomic that touches on survivors guilt of a soldier and lotus also has themes of guilt from the FL whos childhood friend is kidnapped as a child. He survives and they find eachother again but she has those moments where she feels like it was her fault. I want to eat your pancreas doesnt have a lot of survivors guilt because its set in the time that the lead is dying but you see the ML coping with that.
