Im talking about poetry before 1970 (and besides Walt Whitman.) For example I found Richard Barnfield who was born in 1574 and was a contemporary of Shakespeare and wrote explicitly Gay poetry even though it faced censorship due to the homophobia of the time. So yeah, if you can name who you comsider to be great "Gay" poets from the past that'd be great, thanks.
