What books give the same vibes as “Call Me By Your Name” and Sufjan Stevens songs?

I love gentle books including beautiful, poetic descriptions of nature and life with a sense of nostalgia. It doesn’t necessarily have to be romance, but I love the incorporation of it. I can’t find a book even similar to Call Me By Your Name so I’ll take ANY recommendations.
