Looking for books that changed your thinking on any topic.

For example, for me it was Exercised by Daniel Lieberman, which made me understand that exercise is something we have to do (instead of being something optional) to balance out our more sedentary lifestyles. He uses evolutionary biology to bring the point home. The book was paradigm shifting for me, and I am looking for more such books

Will appreciate it if along with the book, you could describe of what was interesting in the book for you. TIA
