Hi, looking for something specific. I really want a book that has a grumpy/genuinely dangerous/stoic ML who’s non-conventionally attractive, maybe with scars or just older and more worn down (dark hair would be a bonus). Definitely love power-plays and age gaps. Maybe slight enemies to lovers, forbidden fruit. Tired of the classic young ML who is extremely attractive and only wears suits.Recently read the Master of Salt and Bones which I loved but didn’t quite hit all the marks for me, but was close. Would really like to find something that’s non-cringe which I know is difficult with what I’m asking.
