I have never finished reading a book in my life. I have started almost some 20+ books by now and left them hanging somewhere in the middle. Some suggested me to take up thrillers so that the suspense will motivate to finish it, but no. Took Agatha Christie's murder novel, gave up in the middle and read the ending on the internet 🙂 I really want to fall in love with reading. So please send your suggestions that will help me progress. FYI – I read in Kindle.
    Also wanted to know,

    1. Do you guys had the same troubles when you picked up reading?
    2. Should I start with short ones?
    3. What is the first book you read and finished?

You should pick something that aligns with your interests. There’s no point recommending classics or personal favorites—you need something *you* care about. If you’re really into cowboys, you’ll have a much better time with a cool book about cowboys than Anna Karenina.

Something short might be a good idea, though! Plenty of shorter works out there that pack a punch. A story doesn’t need to go over 500 or even 300 pages to be meaningful.

    2. I need to chose a book for you but if you must ask I would recommend young samurai

My go to book rec for people who want to get into reading is Holes by Louis Sachar, because it appeals to all ages, has really short chapters, and is super engaging!
