As the title suggests I need something to read for the summer, and beyond the summer hopefully. I’m kinda in a reading slump where I haven’t gotten hooked on and devoured a book in like 2 years. I want to get hooked on reading again, I just haven’t found the book to do it.
I’m down to read anything, as long as it’s interesting. So roll out the recommendations please, give me decision paralysis.

Anything is a really broad spectrum as well as “as long as it is interesting” because to me romance books are interesting but to you they might not be haha give me some books that you liked in the past please!
Go with Lord of the Rings if you haven’t. Unless you want something like Dostoyevsky, Jung, etc.
I agree with another comment that that’s a bit broad but I recently read Pearl by Josh Malerman which is about a pig that can talk and things get weird
