okay so I recently started reading again.
I read 2 books so far
We were liars To my suprise I really liked this book. I loved the plottwist in the end. The style that it was writtin in suited me really well. I enjoyed the pace in the book and I liked the little stories in between.
After that I read Normal People, I just can't seem to get through it. I don't like the style. For example, the book doesn't use any '' ''. And idk but it just doesn't work for me. The chapters seem like loose stories and don't make a whole. I like the characters tho and how they clash but work.
But I need a new book, I have no clue on what genre I like/dislike, I'm open to almost anything. But since I'm new I'd prefer a ''simple'' book.
(For my fellow dutchies a book from the netherlands is also fine)
I hope you guys can help me get into reading a bit more because i enjoy it but am clueless on how to start a new book:)
