Suggest me books that NEED a movie or TV series adaptation.
I’m interested in books that would really enhance the experience of reading that book. For example I want to see Children of Time book adapted into a series or movie.
She’s Come Undone by Wally Lamb, and Invisible Monsters by Chuck Palahniuk. Also, Lamb: The Gospel According to Biff, Christ’s Childhood Pal by Christopher Moore.
Wally Lamb’s I Know This Much is True has a series adaptation, and I’d love to see She’s Come Undone get one.

Dark tower series lots of talk but nothing so far, last was Amazon who dropped it

Refugee Boy by Benjamin Zephaniah, Alem Kelo a Ethiopian-Eritrean fleeing the conflict between his home countries in the 1990s to the UK. It has tragedy, moving words and a lovable boy as the lead.

The Sandman Slim series by Richard Kadrey needs an adaption. It’s supposedly been in the works for years but I’ve lost hope
Also, Ninth House by Leigh Bardugo would be awesome on screen

The *Final architecture* trilogy by Adrian Tchaikovsky would make an incredible three-season show.

I think Episode Thirteen Coyle be made into an interesting movie/miniseries. It’s a very different type of horror novel. Then there’s House of Leaves.

I think Unwind by Neal Shusterman would make a wild series

The Pendergast series by Preston and Child was *this close* to getting a series adaptation

I’d love to see a quality adaptation of the Imperial Radch trilogy by Ann Leckie (edit because I originally typed Anne).
The Old Man’s War series by John Scalzi would be fun.
And as a romance reader, there’s definitely better books that the Bridgerton series that could be adapted (I keep hoping for KJ Charles, which will never happen, alas).

I really think the Destination Void/ Pandora Sequence books would make a great adaptation.
