Suggest me a book with a chaotic evil psychopath (Think American Horror Story villains)

I'm looking for books with characters of a similar type to Tate Langdon, Kai Anderson, Oliver Thredson, and Dandy Mott from AHS. Characters who are just SUPER psychologically messed up.

Some other well known examples would be Francis Dolarhyde, Mason Verger, and Patrick Bateman. (Hannibal Lecter too, but I feel like he's a little less chaotic)

Adult fiction please, not YA. I prefer for the character to be male (bonus points if he's handsome!), but female works too if she fits the bill (Eg. Annie Wilkes).

Importantly, I am NOT looking for a 'broody misunderstood bad boy who just needs some love' type of character. He needs to actually be a horrible, irredeemable, violent psychopath.

Horror and thriller genre preferred, dark romance works too but only if he's actually a terrible person and the author doesn't try to paint him as the aforementioned 'misunderstood bad boy' type.

I'm not put off by any kind of disturbing content, so anything goes!
