I’m rereading *The Starless Sea* by Erin Morgenstern for maybe the fourth time and just finished *Jonathan Strange and Mr Norrell* by Susanne Clarke last week, or I wouldn’t have caught this.
On page 240 of the hardcover, Simon is waiting and picks out a book to read.

There are so many references and Easter eggs in this book! I love them but it also pains me to know I’ll miss some of them and that I don’t understand all the layers of connection.
