Basically what the title says. I don't want some high-end fantasy. I'm just looking for some light-hearted book which involves witches. Ideally there should be good, cool witches, even if there are some bad ones. (For example, not like Roald Dahl's witches who are inherently evil), and it should be a bit funny. If you can, preferably nothing too sexual and romantic, though I can take it if the book is very good.
I don't usually read a lot of fantasy, or read about magic a lot in fiction, but this is one I've been looking forward to since long ago. I hope some of you can help with it. Thanks.

Terry Pratchett’s “Discworld” series has quite a little sub-series about witches – and they’re really fun
Somebody has already said it, but it’s Terry Pratchett you want. Wyrd Sisters is the first Pratchett novel just about witches, but a preceding novel, Equal Rites, introduces the central witch character, Granny Weatherwax.
