Hi, all. Hoping to help a kid in my extended family find some books to read over the summer. Here are some specific attributes that would be ideal:
- Around a fourth grade reading level and/or doable for a reader with learning differences (high interest, low level)
- Something that a teenage boy wouldn't feel embarrassed to be reading (not too childish)
- Part of a series or collection that, if he enjoys one, he could have many to continue working through (I think of long-running series like Goosebumps or Hank the Cowdog)
Any suggestions appreciated, even if they don't fit the above wish list!
