Suggest me a book about changing your life later (40’s and later) in life, that’s witty and (generally) feel good

I (47f) am facing a lot of life changes right now (new career, moving, etc.) and would love books with this type of theme that have a happy ending. 🙂 I’d like something that is inspiring. TIA
