Recently becoming more aware of these terms. For those not familiar it's when a celebrity, often a politician, describes in a general way the violence they would like to see happen, and then a mob or a lone wolf does the actual violence. The politician can then somewhat accurately say he has no personal connection to the people who did the violent act, he was just exercising his free speech. Can be nonfiction about real life instances or a dystopian fiction, I read both of those things.
