I am looking for a book to understand and learn to deal with a specific profile of people:
- people who have only one objective goal and will do anything to reach that goal, regardless of the damage they cause along the way.
These types of people usually lack empathy for others, and are only interested in their own benefit at all costs. They are usually unaware of when you are helping them and the consequences of creating conflict.
By experience I ve seen this kind of people confuse kindness with weakness. Then the only way to work/deal with them looks like showing authority or "attacking them".

As you can see I lack knowledge/ emotional intelligence on how to deal with this profile.
Is there any specific book out there that may help me learn how to deal with this behaviour and profile?.
Honestly I feel like I need to be a person who I'm not in order to deal with this profile.
