Could anyone recommend me if a book (fiction or non fiction) that addresses past guilt and one’s obsession over their past? Growing up, I wasn’t someone I’m proud to be and even if things have changed, I always fear of the past catching up to me, and I am terrified of anyone from my teenage years brining up to a family member that they knew me then; I would love a book that adresse this one way or another.
