I am a person who worries a lot. There's always something to worry and that stays in my mind. Even when a main worry goes away, I can have 1-2 days of calm and then I find the next worry which is sometimes just something I make up in my mind.
I can also not seem to enjoy something in-depth. Soon, there will be guilt occupying my mind that will not let me enjoy that experience in the moment.
Any books you could suggest for someone like me?
