I am a huge Anaïs Nin fan (Henry and June was kind of life changing) and am looking for other books to read that are either thematically or culturally/historically aligned by other authors—for example by some of the writers she talks about in her journals (Henry Miller, Dostoevsky, John Erskine, Proust) or that share perhaps a similar feminist perspective (I’ve heard Clarice Lispector and Alice Walker compared). Thank you!

This is an interesting post to me because I never considered Anaïs Nin in a feminist context.
