i’ve started reading more now that i’ve had more free time, and i would love to find a 5-star book so i can completely fall back into my reading obsession. here are some things that i look for in books:
– i love getting attached to characters. some traits and patterns that i’ve noticed in characters i get attached to are: characters with heavy angst moments, weak-willed or codependent characters, characters that are more timid or emotional, and romantic or flirty characters. i would love to find books that have characters like this.
– i love romance, but i don’t want it to be the main focus of the book.
– i am obsessed with books that have tragic endings or plot twists, especially books that focus on mental health or psychological issues.
-i prefer realistic fiction, but fantasy or horror would be great too.
for reference, my favorite books are aristotle and dante discover the secrets of the universe, and a good girls guide to murder.
i am not too picky about books, i would appreciate any recommendations!:)
