Anyone know the title of this book?

So I was browsing through a bookstore while out of town and I found this one book where the synopsis is basically "man's wife dies (something like that, or I just know he's going through grief) and his cat suddenly starts talking to him".

I know it is so far fetched trying to just base from that but on the back it says that it was all about dealing with grief and life. I wasn't able to take a picture of it and im devastated i cant go back for it because the bookstore is so far away :((

please help me out if you know any books that are similar or if you know the book!
