Rec me Books with conflict and epic battle scenes (large scale battles with armies) that gives you goosebumps and shivers down your spines

Heres some stuff that i like based on what I’m asking for

• ASOIAF (game of thrones) : I’ve read the books halfway and a couple fanfics on AO3 and I do love how detailed and epic the battle scenes are

• Stories from HFY subreddit like “Why Humans Avoid War” and other works by SpacePaladin

What really sends “shivers down my spine” is when the armies just clash onto one another and it’s narrated very clear and detailed on the book and also some mention of battle plans. Like the you can imagine the chaos and the battle itself like a movie.

I also really like it when one army is way way way more powerful than the others. It’s a very weird feeling to explain but when I read scenarios like that I just feel a very welcome sense of dread from the opposing army and it really does give me goosebumps. There’s a lot of examples of stories like this from HFY subreddit
