Hello all! My girlfriend desperately wants to try and get into reading but she has a processing disorder so she finds it hard to understand what she reads. For example she could read a ten word sentence and struggle to understand what it says.
So to my point, are there any books you could recommend that are made for or could help this situation?

Maybe Audiobooks ?
Manga perhaps?
Or that might make it worse – I find manga unreadable because I can’t deal with the pictures competing with the verbal story, but everybody’s different.
