Okay, so ‘The Song of Achilles’ is good, it made me cry and everything. However, there’s something missing from it. Like, how Patroclus was portrayed as this very cute guy as Achilles’ eye candy? Let’s be honest, if Plato reads that book, he’ll probably hate it. Patroclus is this really cool person, you know, and if anything, it was Achilles who was supposed to be heavily obsessed with him. So, does anyone know a book like that? Even fanfics are fine.

You might like the bits about Achilles and Patroclus in Stephen Fry’s Great Mythology retellings, although at the moment I couldn’t tell you which one(s) they’re in.
